आज से पुरे देश में मोबाइल नंबर पोर्टेबिलिटी (MNP) की सुविधा लागु कर दी गयी है. इस सुविधा के तहत ग्राहक बिना अपना नंबर बदले अपना service provider बदल सकते है|
जैसे अगर उनका मोबाइल service provider "Airtel" है और वो सिर्फ इस वजह से अपना सिम नहीं बदल रहे है की उनका पुराना नंबर नहीं बदल जाये, तो ऐसे ग्राहक अब निराश ना हहो क्योंकी अब ऐसा हो सकता है MNP के जरिये|
इस सुविधा के तहत आप अपने पोस्टपैड नंबर को प्रीपेड में या प्रीपेड से पोस्टपैड में भी बदल सकते है|
How to activate your Mobile Number Portability Service?
इसे Activate करने के लिए आपको बस 1 SMS करना होता है|
For activating this service, you have to send only one message to 1900.
PORT MobileNo. और इसे 1900 पर भेज दे|
शर्ते:
*आपका मौजूदा नंबर कम से कम 3 महीना पुराना होना चाहिए| तभी आप MNP ला लाभ उठा पाएंगे|
*ध्यान रहे MNP सिर्फ नंबर बदलने की सुविधा है ना की Circle || जैसे आपका सिम कार्ड New Delhi का है तो आप उसे UP या किसी और Circle से नहीं बदल सकते है.
*MNP की 1 बार नंबर बदलने की शुल्क है 19 रूपए |
*आप जितनी बार नंबर बदलेंगे आपको उतनी बार अपने नए Service Provider के पास Document जमा करने होंगे|
*आपका नया नंबर बंद हो सकता है अगर आपके नंबर पे पहले से किसी भी तरह का विवाद, जैसे कोई FIR हो या आपका नया Ducument पुराने दोचुमेंट से नहीं मिल रहा हो, आदि|
